Professional Experience
Learning designer at the Institut des Défis
Founder and program lead for iN&Di, Inclusion and Diversity Awareness program: Design, facilitation, and evaluation of the. Development of accessible educational materials and co-creation of active learning workshops integrating artistic practices. Collaboration with researchers to make their work more inclusive and creative through artistic media such as video installations, podcasts, and co-creation workshops. Organization of design thinking workshops with social and educational stakeholders to develop collective solutions to contemporary challenges.
Teacher and learning designer at the Pukllasunchis Higher School of Education (EESP)
The EESP is an alternative project aimed at revisiting traditional educational paradigms to rebuild an inclusive, decolonial, and intercultural education. Designing curricula in a participatory manner with the teachers of EESP: development of courses and a pedagogical model with an intercultural, decolonial approach and active pedagogies.Facilitation and design of co-creative artistic practice workshops.Responsible for the course "Research, Art, and Action: Artistic Practices as Means of Reflection and Research on Intercultural Education." Through research-creation, students used various artistic practices to conduct active research within their communities.

Faculty Member within the Fine Arts and Communication Desing department in the following courses: Moving Image, Junior Studio and XMedia (Experimental Media). In these courses, I guided students in using design and various artistic practices as tools for awareness and change. The courses promote independent practices based on research, experimentation, and collective work. Students were encouraged to design projects by combining known techniques with new forms of expression, while developing a critical understanding of design and art through investigation, discussion, and experimentation.

Project "Fragments of Repair," organized by BAK, 𝐋̶𝐚̶ ̶𝐂̶𝐨̶𝐥̶𝐨̶𝐧̶𝐢̶𝐞̶, the artist Kader Attia and Françoise Vergès: In Fragments of Repair, artist Kader Attia introduces the concept of decolonial repair as a tactic to address global mental health urgencies in a world wounded by the Covid-19 pandemic. As a participant in the study group and artistic collaborator, I was responsible for documentation, archive creation, and website design. I created experimental video and sound archives using various artistic media to reflect on the reflection, action, and production throughout the project.
Collective Research and Study Program on Critical Pedagogy: Teaching to Transgress Toolbox
Participant in the TTToolbox program, a research and study program on critical pedagogy in the arts, based on peer learning and collective research practices. This program is funded by the European Union and developed transnationally by three art schools – erg (Brussels), HDK-Valand (Göteborg), and ISBA (Besançon) – within the framework of the Erasmus+ partnership. The program includes workshops, public events, and a freely accessible publication platform to share the resulting work, methods, and tools intended for use in specific educational contexts.
